Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using Vidya Topper. We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our policies regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Digital Products & Coins

Vidya Topper provides digital content, including NCERT solutions, study materials, and virtual "Coins" used to unlock specific features. Since these are intangible digital goods, they are consumed immediately upon purchase or allocation.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales of virtual Coins or premium content are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once the transaction is successful and the items have been credited to your account.

3. Subscription Cancellation

If you have subscribed to any recurring premium plan (if applicable), you can cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings or your Google Play Store account. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the remaining period of a subscription.

4. Duplicate Transactions

In the event of a technical error or duplicate transaction where you were charged twice for the same item, please contact us within 48 hours. Upon verification, we will process a refund for the duplicate charge to your original payment method.
