1. 📱 About the App

Vidya Topper ("the App") is a free educational mobile application developed for Indian students. It provides study content, practice quizzes, notes, flashcards, and other tools to help students prepare for NCERT curriculum, Board Exams, and Government Exams.

The App is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future with clear prior notice.

2. ✅ Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms
• By using the App, you confirm that the information you provide during registration is accurate

3. 👤 Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and confidential
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Do not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. 📚 Content & Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including study material, quiz questions, app design, and branding — is owned by Vidya Topper or our content partners.

• You may use the content for personal study only
• You may not copy, redistribute, or sell any content from the App
• You may not reproduce or republish app content without written permission
• Notes and flashcards you create remain yours — but you grant us permission to store them securely

5. 🚫 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the App or its servers
• Upload or share harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Use automated tools (bots) to access the App
• Interfere with other users' experience

6. 📶 Offline Downloads

The App allows you to download content for offline use. Downloaded content:

• Is for personal, non-commercial use only
• Must not be shared, copied, or distributed externally
• May be removed from the App if the underlying content is updated or removed

7. ⚠️ Disclaimer of Warranties

Vidya Topper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the App accurate and up-to-date, but we do not guarantee:

• That the App will be available at all times without interruptions
• That all content is error-free or exam-specific
• Any specific results from using the App (such as exam scores)

The App is a study aid — it does not guarantee success in any exam.

8. 🔄 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
